Due to a few point failures in my seemingly iron-clad methodology, I am editing my installation instructions to better help my customers.
1. You do not need to use anything but a 3/32” allen wrench to tighten the three (3) attachment screws onto your barrel. This means you can put away your torque wrench or literally any other tool in your box to accomplish this task, just slip the block into the correct position and hand-tighten the three screws into place. Do not tighten any more than hand tight or snug, there no no need to abuse these 4-40 screws.
If you think you know best and decide to go against my pure and unassailable wisdom by using a torque wrench, you do not need anything more than six (6) INCH pounds. Not FOOT pounds, INCH pounds. The attachment screws on my blocks are 4-40 screws, you do not need to wail on them.
Once properly attached you will not have any problems. In fact, you’re going to have to try to have problems.
2. To adjust the block, loosen the side locking screw and start with the gas port in the closed position (adjustment screw turned in clockwise) and then turn the adjustment screw gradually open (counter-clockwise) until your rifle reliable cycles. Add an extra 1/4-1/2 turn to the block once your standard of reliability has been achieved and lock the adjustment screw into place with the side locking screw.

2. To adjust the block, just use the included 1/8” allen key to rotate the adjustment screw. Each 1/6 rotation of the screw will yield an audible and tactile “click”. You do not need to touch the screw on top of the block, that just retains the click detent mechanism. Only manipulate the 1/8” screw coming out of the front of the block.
If there are any questions or doubts you can always email me at nathan@wojtekweaponry.com. I am pretty quick on the draw for responding to my customers and I will happily resolve any questions you may have.
Have fun out there!
